Since 2001 it has been our goal to build homes that stand out in both craftsmanship and quality. We have built homes for family, friends and neighbors. It is our goal to ensure every new home is built with pride and professional standards. We believe that every home should be built for lifetime of enjoyment. Formerly JLS, Inc. JLS Landscape & Irrigation, We are happy to unveil our new Names and Branding.  was established in 1999 by Jason Bassermann, with a vision of providing complete landscaping services. Jason started the business with "one Push mower, weed-eater and a Chevy pickup." He has since been joined by his wife, father, son and employees who have been with us for many years and are now part of our extended family.
